Lynne is a carrier/client liaison for all claims activities for the commercail and personal portfolios.  As an account manager she is also responsible for general account maintenance, coordination of policy changes, invoicing and billing inquiries for commercial account clients.  Lynne has more than 20 years of insurance experience and holds the AAI and CISR designations.
